Refund requests are only accepted within 2 hours of purchasing the course. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained, as our courses are accessible immediately upon purchase.

  • The course must not have been extensively accessed or downloaded beyond introductory sections or demo modules (if applicable).
  • Refunds will not apply to courses purchased under special promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

  • Order ID/Invoice number
  • Reason for requesting a refund

2. Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7 business days.
